Your Child, HappyFeet, and COVID19

Hello HappyFeet Families,

We hope you are able to navigate the current situation with at least some sense of peace and optimism. At HappyFeet, our priority is always to do what is best for children. In times of fear and uncertainty, our first thoughts turn toward the children we work with every day.

With the recent COVID19 developments and city responses, we are making necessary precautions to keep both students and coaches safe. Below you will find our latest updates and reminders for our make-up and cancellation policies.

Our HappyFeet Leagues are being rescheduled to later Kickoff Dates to follow the guidelines for social distancing. We will offer you a fun Spring soccer season as soon as possible - healthy outlets for families are going to be more important than ever over the coming weeks. Check your email for your updated league dates!

Reminder of our League Cancellation Policy: We do not offer full refunds for league registrations. In the event of multiple rain-outs or cancellations, we will do our best to offer make-up sessions or issue a credit toward a future season. *Please note: with this being such a special circumstance, our plans and policies may change during the coming weeks.

Our HappyFeet Classes are being moved online...temporarily. In order to continue to serve our HappyFeet families, we will be sharing virtual HappyFeet sessions that children and parents can follow along with at home and bring soccer to their living room! These will be fun, high-energy sessions that continue to develop agility, balance, and coordination during our "story time with a soccer ball." The video curriculum will be led by a professional HappyFeet coach and delivered to families via a private link in our HappyFeet Online Learning Portal.

Reminder of our Class Cancellation Policy: In the event a class is cancelled due to weather or coach sickness, we will reschedule a make-up of the session within the next two months, and we will notify the family of the scheduled make-up class. In the event the child can’t attend the scheduled make-up class, a credit will be applied for the missed class. To cancel your child's enrollment in classes, please submit a HappyFeet Class Cancellation Notice form. The form must be submitted 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged. The Class Cancellation Notice form is located at the bottom of our website.

We feel during this time of uncertainty it is imperative that families find ways to connect and have fun together. We take our role as educators of your children very seriously and want to offer a variety of resources, both digital and physical during the coming weeks.
